I’m not even a fan of kyle o Quinn like that but he would at least provide some toughness and d and went for the minimum. More a of question really- we have seen 2 years of theis. Inconsistent and lack of physicality. Thought that was enough to have the experiment over with
For a guy that was not part of the regular rotation he did alright. Averaged 13.8 minutes, 5.7 pts, and 3.4 rebounds last year. Those are not bad numbers for anyone who is at the end of the bench. Here are some Theis highlights from last season. Sure, there were times when he didn't play all that well, but there were also many games when he did, as anyone can see from this video.
