Bill Simmons says Jimmy hated Brett Brown, Embiid and Ben Simmons in Philadelphia. He thought Brown was a bad coach and the two young guys were lazy and entitled.

I agree, and I've already backtracked on my Nunn hate as he had a great 2nd half and really carried us offensively.

However Maten needs to improve his efficiency. Tonight he was a bad bowling ball.

Wonder if he'll crack the rotation this year.

I don't know how Maten got 21pts 9rebs. Every time I saw him with the ball it looked bad. Also Nunn was lucky he didn't get the foul on that last shot by Sacremento.

He looks more chiseled and stronger for sure. Very active and willing to shoot. You can tell he has worked on that pump-fake-and-drive-to-the-hole move. I want to see him play more minutes during pre-season against the big boys before giving him rotation minutes.
