They've worked out every year of their careers together, and grew up together. Quinn was on Vic's webseries last year. I don't know that it's recruiting necessarily, as much as friends getting together.
As it were, I don't know that Quinn would be willing to sign here knowing that he'd be the 3rd PG in the lineup, and 5th or 6th guard overall.
