So you're saying DeMar and Jake Puddle deserve rings too?

They play this year? That's silly.

good question. they still traded him the day he was supposed to come back from the IR.

lmao

depends on the state of the team at that moment and time. If JV was healthy and the Raps were in first place because JV was playing all the games and beasting when - then sure, i don't think JV gets traded.

tough to say how we would do in the playoffs. there is no definite way to say his lack of defense on the PnR would have help us at all. Gasol blocked a lot of PnR with his spacial awareness and able to get charges. and ofc Gasol is a great 3 point shooter for a center.

JV would have helped us rebound the ball and score downlow - but that would take away the spacing for Siakam and Kawhi.

I rather have had Siakam and Kawhi tear down the middle of the defense than JV missing bunnies and trying to be cute around the basket.

JV got injured before the playoffs, so probably wouldn't have helped us anyway.

Demar and casey won't be getting rings. They were traded prior to the season. Only the players we traded to Memphis will be getting em so JV, delon and cj.

I thought Greg Monroe too would be eligible...if he does..then that is hilarious as he played against us in the Philly series..

Guys who were on the team this year are all eligible for rings..they can decline it if they don't think they deserve it...but are eligible...

Yes it does suck that Demar doesn't get one.. I heard even mop girl is getting one..

Hindsight my friend...why are you trying to win a championship any other way..your team won it all..stop adding what ifs...any other way and we might not have gone past the first round..

His injury had nothing to do with it. 100% he still gets traded.

Gasol was amazing against Vuc and really good against Embiid, but IIRC Jonas always did well matched up with Joel, and he would’ve definitely helped score some buckets when no one other than Kawhi could get a shot in. I don’t necessarily buy the argument that replacing him with Gasol gets the team past Philly, respectfully not taking away from how good Marc was defensively. I think Val would’ve held his own in that series.

Literally the hot dog kid can get one. But thats the way it is. Anyone who was a part of this Organziation during this season is eligible. Monroe, Lorenzo Brown, and Malachi Richardson is eligible. Dance Pak is eligible. Janitors are eligible. Derozan, Jakob, and Casey? No. Sucks for Demar.

But unfortunate reality is that we don't make it past Embiid/Philly without Gasol.

I thought JV was Embiids other father?
