pero.. why is Kadeem Allen not being locked up on that last roster spot?
Dude was super solid last year and ran the team better than Frank and Mudiay. I'm lost at the thought of bringing back LFT when Kadeem can be locked up on a team friendly deal...and a fraction compared to a guy like Cory Joseph who just got 3/37..
I think he will be in a 2way contract.
Or we are waiting to see if someone breaks out in summer league before signing Kareem.
Or we are waiting to see ir he receives others bids to match as a RFA.
Kadeem is on a 2-way. He’ll probably have his contract converted to a regular deal.
He also deserves props for this

Everyone on the set said different variation of: No, they don't have to win a title with Kyrie and Durant to be viewed as a success, since them not joining the big brother[Knicks], but instead joining the little brother will lay out something better for the organization for decades to come.
I was holding out hope that someone would say, of course they have to win a title, because it they went to the Knicks instead and they didn't win a title it their time with the Knicks would be viewed as a failure.

I thought the "foundation" was laid when the Nets had Kidd, Jefferson and KMart? Then wasn't it laid again when they traded for KG and Pierce? Different arena's but still the same team no?
