How would the Mariners one work? Two different managers in the season, both did well while they were there. But one's handed out to the NL and one to the AL right? So both John McLaren and Bob Melvin should win it.

If the Brewers do make it to the postseason, he'll be considered.

Clint Hurdle may get some mention as well, especially if the Rockies go on a hot streak here.

AL - Eric Wedge
NL - Bob Melvin

How could it possibly not be them?

Don't feed me any Pinella or Francona BS.

I think McLaren deserves to be talked about because people expected Cleveland to be where they are now. No one expected the Mariners to be leading the Wild Card and hunting down the AL West.

If the DBacks keep this up, Bob Melvin is pretty much a no-brainer.
