He's a remarkable athlete but I'm right there with you. The human body isn't meant to do the things he can do at his size/weight and hold up over the course of an 82 games NBA season.

W/r/t Hommes I am just impressed that a dude can come out of DII and immediately demonstrate he belongs in this setting. That is a sign of mental toughness imo and makes me think he has a shot. I don't think he's done nearly enough to warrant a NBA roster spot and even rushing to give him a 2 way seems a little desperate. Not that I would be mad about it, because it's so easy to cut 2 ways and he so obviously can shoot it.

He needs to slim down big time. I think he will once he gets into the groove of the NBA, but it wouldn’t surprise me if he didn’t and it wouldn’t surprise me if he had issues because of it. Hoping for a long career, but the realist in me says he needs to drop 15-25 lbs ASAP.
