I think we really need to promote and market Knickstape into the locker room and into the building.

I feel like the Knicks still promote themselves under this POV of being a classy organization that plays cheesy pop music and edm.

The team is gritty, the front office is black, the players have chips on their shoulders & are underdogs.

We need an identity not just with the team but also with the organization as a whole.

Stop this classy ****, stop the “we’re a world class arena because 40 years ago we won a championship and a bunch of concerts and boxing **** happened”. We need new blood injected. Where is the hip-hop, where is the culture? Brooklyn on some real **** is more identified to the pulse of NY than the Knicks if we keep it 100.

I think he'll stay because the Lakers are still the NBA's premier brand, and that seems like the whole motivation for AD in pushing so hard to go there.

That said, he's probably going to opt out next summer and a bunch of teams will think they have a shot at signing him, Knicks included.

AD with what the Knicks have at present, even assuming a great draft next summer isn't winning in the East. Still behind Milwaukee, Philly, Nets (good God), maybe even Boston.

I disagree, AD with NYK would be in the conversation with those other teams. The problem would be the overlap with Randle and Mitch. We would probably make trades to make the fit better and upgrade at another position. Maybe for Bradley Beal?
