You can be mad at the circumstances... that we dont play where Kawhi is from and where he has always wanted to play, but it doesn't make much sense to attribute that to Ballmer being intelligent. If Kawhi and George are both gone in five years and they didn't win any championships it's going to get VERY ugly over there fast. This is a huge gamble.

“Live and Play outside the US” technically correct but once you have Canadian cell service do you really notice it’s out of the US? It would be more of a cultural shock playing in San Antonio or OKC depending on where you are from.
