That looks like the team, I'd want Sefolosha to start til Klay comes back, but it feels like McKinnie will be the guy (I dont think he is a 3)
looks different now with Spellman
Evans not an NBA player, if we have to rely on him to run offense for any real stretch, we're in trouble
Evans will only play PG minutes during garbage time. If he can hit an open shot, however, I see him playing spot minutes next to Curry and Russell. He'll have to not be afraid on offense and show up on defense for it to work, though. I wouldn't write him off as a 10 MPG rotation piece just yet even though I'm also certainly not a fan of his. I doubt (hope) we're going to see many minutes without one of Curry or Russell. To the extent that it's necessary (e.g. when Curry takes a game off), I would expect to see Point-Dray for the most part.
I like our rotation of Guards (once Klay is back) and especially Bigs. Our rotation of bigs because it's intriguing. I'm not sure if it works out all that great but I like the options. Green backed up by two players who look up to him, have some (different) similarities and should try to soak in as much as they can from him – and maybe one pans out. Both have the chance to be solid shooters who play physical on both ends, which I like. Got a lot younger and control the costs for some time.
Then you have Looney, a favorite of mine who will contribute to winning and has still room to grow, in combination with his opposite, WCS, who has the athleticism and – to some extent – size over Looney but lacks his toughness and smarts. Yet both can switch which the Warriors seem to emphasize a bit more again when it comes to their bigs. We are lacking some size, strength – a bruiser – and do not have an elite rim protector at the 5; but you can't have everything in our situation. Maybe WCS can be pushed to start blocking shots again like he did at Kentucky. If someone can get him to toughen up it would be Draymond, although I realize that it's not all that likely.
