Not folded into Hornets trade. No surprises for us. Night-night. We're done with our offseason lol. Welcome Yabu back to the Celtics.

Yup, wrap it up. Summer league up next.

Can someone tell me why Wanamaker and Yabusele are still on an active NBA roster, let alone ours?

This is about as puzzling as Ainge keeping Abdul Nader for a full year rather than pick up a guy like Gerald Green when depth was needed.

Jaylen Brown minus Jayson Tatum
Romeo Langford
Gordon Hayward
Memphis pick
Bucks pick
Future Boston picks

Rooting for lakers to implode and celtics to surprise... shocking i know. Get davis for nothing but cap, leave lakers and lebron to rot

Nope. Not easy. Jaylens cap hold is 19 bills

Other than James Harden, Russell Westbrook is the next guy i would want the celtics to go after. Go and get Kemba, and Tatum help. They can't do it on their own.

I mean, Yabu was the 16th pick in his draft and is under contract. Should they waive him?

Jaylen Brown minus Tatum means the celtics don't have to include Tatum to get Russell Westbrook.

-1

I like Westbrook but I just don't see how he fits with this current team with Kemba. Not to mention he's 30 yo and making a gabillion dollars a year.

James Harden, that would intrigue me.

AgentGreen wrote:Steven Adams rebounding stats will sky rocket over here though. Westbrook snatched so many boards away from him and the dude kept quiet all the time. Tells you this guy can sacrifice a lot for his team.

The last two season he couldve been potentially the rebounding leader of the league if you look at how many boards Westbrook took away from him.

Has anybody estimated the cost of Adams? (I ask because I've finally stopped keeping up with this thread.) I'm thinking in terms of all of:
-- Making a difference in the luxury tax and hence luxury tax repeater issues.
-- Assets to OKC.
-- Assets to Philly or Brooklyn.

I’d have liked Cousins. Idgaf about his character, he’d have been a better fit than Kanter
