Worst possible role model for Tatum on and off the court.
I actually came around on Morris in the end. I'd be happy if he returned. Plus, we need him. Scoring. Defense. Rebounding.
We don't need more scoring on this team, at least not Morris' variety. And he's a poor rebounder for a 4 which is the only place he'd see minutes for us.
A talented player but a terrible fit for a team with too many hungry mouths on offense already.

Hmm. Bold strategy.
Pretty much him subbed for jrue. That and an older, fatter, gimpier cousins

The last two season he couldve been potentially the rebounding leader of the league if you look at how many boards Westbrook took away from him.
Has anybody estimated the cost of Adams? (I ask because I've finally stopped keeping up with this thread.) I'm thinking in terms of all of:
-- Making a difference in the luxury tax and hence luxury tax repeater issues.
-- Assets to OKC.
-- Assets to Philly or Brooklyn.
It could work with the right pieces, we'll probably lose Brown and Smart. But the question is then, will a starting frontcourt of Kanter and Adams work?
Kemba, Hayward, Tatum, Kanter, Adams.
Or dump Hayward if you want to keep the young core. And in return we can get Adams + fillers
Kemba, Brown, Tatum, Theis, Adams
Wannamaker, Smart, Ojeleye, Kanter, Poirier
Young guns rotation fillers: Edwards, Langford, G. Will, R. Will

I think we renounce them for Kemba, no?

If people cant make that connection I cant even be bothered to debate it.
Meanwhile the thunder out of no where with a massive haul for a rebuild no one even saw coming.
Huh?
You would have been ok with one year kawahi or one year Davis?
Ainge looming better and better. Kyrie burned him, and he didn’t sit in the corner and cry, and went and got Kemba Walker. We have had three all-nba guards right after another steppig in.
I trust Ainge more than ever now. lakers put all their chips on the table, got rid of the entire team for AD. Now, got 5 players on the roster.

I wasn't asking about giving up superior talents in return for Adams. I was asking about the cost of adding him to what we have.
