I think we renounce them for Kemba, no?

I actually came around on Morris in the end. I'd be happy if he returned. Plus, we need him. Scoring. Defense. Rebounding.

We don't need more scoring on this team, at least not Morris' variety. And he's a poor rebounder for a 4 which is the only place he'd see minutes for us.

A talented player but a terrible fit for a team with too many hungry mouths on offense already.

At this point, with the current Roster, I agree that it would be hard for Morris to fit in.
But, not impossible. At least for half a season, 'til Trade Deadline.

Hmm. Bold strategy.

Pretty much him subbed for jrue. That and an older, fatter, gimpier cousins

They were better when they replaced the injured Cousins with Mirotic and put AD at the 5.

Rondo/Green/LBJ/Kuzma/AD is their best starting line-up, IMHO. They will struggle on both ends if they go big.

Clips have a much more balanced squad.

A) it seems like many of these super teams originate from time on team USA

B) Tatum and Kemba should be on team USA this summer

C) Im guessing they try to recruit Beal and that we offer Brown+Smart+Filler+MEM+2 unprotected future firsts for him.

The last two season he couldve been potentially the rebounding leader of the league if you look at how many boards Westbrook took away from him.

Has anybody estimated the cost of Adams? (I ask because I've finally stopped keeping up with this thread.) I'm thinking in terms of all of:
-- Making a difference in the luxury tax and hence luxury tax repeater issues.
-- Assets to OKC.
-- Assets to Philly or Brooklyn.

It could work with the right pieces, we'll probably lose Brown and Smart. But the question is then, will a starting frontcourt of Kanter and Adams work?

Kemba, Hayward, Tatum, Kanter, Adams.

Or dump Hayward if you want to keep the young core. And in return we can get Adams + fillers

Kemba, Brown, Tatum, Theis, Adams
Wannamaker, Smart, Ojeleye, Kanter, Poirier
Young guns rotation fillers: Edwards, Langford, G. Will, R. Will

I wasn't asking about giving up superior talents in return for Adams. I was asking about the cost of adding him to what we have.

Yep, that´s what I thought. Then, why the Tatum comment?

Looks like a team that will plan on turning it on in the playoffs. Lebron -- duh. Rondo -- duh. Cousins -- he and the Lakers hope that he'll generally get better as the season progresses.

If people cant make that connection I cant even be bothered to debate it.

Meanwhile the thunder out of no where with a massive haul for a rebuild no one even saw coming.

Huh?

You would have been ok with one year kawahi or one year Davis?

Ainge looming better and better. Kyrie burned him, and he didn’t sit in the corner and cry, and went and got Kemba Walker. We have had three all-nba guards right after another steppig in.

I trust Ainge more than ever now. lakers put all their chips on the table, got rid of the entire team for AD. Now, got 5 players on the roster.

Alright, wel i'm not an expert in this field. But it looks impossible to me though. Adams will get 25.8 mill next season. Without valuable assets it's a hard task.

PSA:
Al Horford still isn't signed.
Kyrie Irving still isn't signed.
Rozier still isn't signed.
Kemba still isn't signed.
Mook still isn't signed.

I don't what that means other than they still aren't signed.
