Goodbye Sweet Forum
Dear Jazzforum, Just a post to say goodbye. I have been wasting too much time here, avoiding other responsibilities. I've enjoyed talking with you all. But it's time for me to retire. All the best to you all, and go Jazz!
In '03-'04, Jerry Sloan coached the ESPN predicted "worst team of all time" to 42-40.

Don't take off. I need another poster on here that isn't completely drinking the kool aid and sees how brutal the west is.

Stick around, but post less often if it is taking too much of your time. We appreciate your posts.

Re: Goodbye Sweet Forum
Forum doesn't have very many quality posters like yourself, sucks to lose you, if that's what you choose. Sucks to lose anyone from this forum. Though even being around in some capacity would be great, especially with such an exciting season upon us. However if you truly want to quit cold turkey, more power to ya. But I think we'd all prefer you to stay involved in at least an advisory role like Kevin O'Connor

I hope you stay, you're a great poster and things won't be the same without you.

The real decision the Jazz FO is making is between Continuity, Cap Flexibility, and Cash Considerations.

That's right. Just assume the Jazz are a playoff treadmill team for the next 5-7 seasons or so. This will save you a lot of time to do more important things.

So you really have zero hope whatsoever that we might make a run?

Well at least you stuck around til we got the current roster put together. You stuck around through thick and thin - thin mostly - always there when we needed you. So anyway, best wishes, take care, and yeah, guess we'll see you in a couple days then.
"But if you want to win, you have to teach a player how to win. That's why I don't believe in tanking, all that stuff. You don't learn how to win by losing on purpose to get a 19-year-old who you've never seen." -Rudy Gobert, 2017/18 Season

You don't need to leave. Only read but write less.
I use to check everyday those forums but I don't post too often. You save time but are not disconnected at all.

Certain times of the year I have to disconnect mainly because work and life take more of my time. But I hope to see you around as you definitely bring up great points and discussions.
