Would you guys be opposed to signing Jabari Parker for the min? Assuming we resign Birch we will fill our last roster spot.

Augustine/MCW/*Fultz
Fournier/Ross/Frazier
Issac/Iwundu/Parker
Gordon/Aminu/*Okeke
Vucevic/Bamba/Birch

I like Iwundu, but don’t totally trust him as a primary backup and think the bench will struggle to score.

From a pure value perspective, Parker at the minimum would be great.

I just don't think he fits here in Orlando.

He's a power forward. Don't think he can play SF defensively even a little bit at this point.

I'd rather look at Justin Holiday for the same price. He can provide more depth at the 2 (and the 3) which the Magic need more than another 3/4.

I actually 100% agree with you.

Tbh I completely forgot he was still available.

Interesting.

Parker for the min + a good backup combo guard would have been a great use of the money we have to AFA.

But not many of those were available and willing to come to Orlando. So I still like the AFA signing.

I thought we would've gone for him to fill Martins' role. We, surprisingly, chose Aminu instead.

Now, I don't see room for him, even at the min. However, if a trade goes down, and we lose a forward, yes, sign him up.

Aminu is significantly better than Parker IMO. Like not even close.

Would like him or Holiday... but not sure Magic will do anything.

Who we want to get Westbrook? Seems like Detroit or Miami. Both are maybe our hardest competition for the playoffs. Detroit already made some nice signings in Rose, Morris & the young french kid. Adding Westbrook, who gonna be a good fit with Blake, could put them ahead of us. Drummond could blossom too, with the easy baskets he gonna get.

Miami with WB & Butler + if they can keep Bam, is probably better on paper too. But here i think the fit is worse, both can't really shoot from 3.

The east on top is worse next season, but the competition for the lower PO seeds is much harder.

Heat with Butler and Wade, Hero, Waiters, Winslow, James Jones would actually be legit ( assuming Dragic is one of players who would be traded )

Quick guesses; player one is Vooch? Two is Terrence Ross? Third player is Evan Fournier? Or am I way off?

Yea that's possible as well.
I'm still mindblown that Raptors turned off George +Westbrook for Siakam and additional players to fit salary

From favorites to defend title to rebuild with 1 stupid decision

Yea even more because they aren't a free agent destination. The price would be prolly 3-4 firsts too but George & Kawhi should have 3-4 prime years left at least (not sure about Kawhi tbh). He prolly felt too much in love with Siakam.
