I hope Jabari has success with the Hawks, definitely a good situation for him. Trae Young will help him out a ton. He quietly performed pretty well for Washington last season.

I thought Schlenk had a pretty good 2018 with getting out of Schroeder and drafting well. Not a big fan of his 2019.

Parker on that deal is a steal and I’m not even a Parker fan.

Now that remaining peripheral pieces are settling in, I think the West is for the Clips to lose. I've always valued wings higher than any other position and a Kawhi/PG combo is deadly. Then you've got Bev hounding opposing PG's and chucking 3's (can also handle the ball), Lou Will getting buckets off the bench, and they just brought back JaMychal. Plus Shamet w/ a year under his belt who I expect can maintain elite 3pt shooting. Not to mention the added depth of Harrell, Harkless, Zubac.

They just seem to check all the boxes. It's like the roster that Bucks fans want around Giannis. True #2, 3&D PG, second unit scorer. The big-man rotation is flawed but not in any way that I foresee severely hurting their title hopes.

Yea, the Clipps are legit scary. Two incredible shot making stars and a deep as hell bench. I don't get the projection systems that say they're barely a 50 win team.

Man this Warriors team is weird as hell now. Nine new players from last season. This **** changes so fast.

I’m not sold on the Clippers. George just had offseason surgery again, and Kawhi is going to play what, 60 games or so? I don’t think them barely winning 50 is out of the question.

I really don’t understand the Zubac contract. I like him, but how many times does paying for future production bite teams in the ass. I just don’t understand locking him down for 4 years, unless there’s some non guaranteed money we don’t know about. It’s a head scratcher.

LAC are going to have trouble with bigs and there are plenty of good ones in the West.

Both LA teams scare the hell out of me. For those saying 50 wins only, they forget Kawhi just took a team to the Finals and won after only playing 60 games.

The west will be a bloodbath. I have zero doubt whoever comes out will be really damn good

I know i would.Unless ofc OKC was just playing them.

I would, but four firsts is a lot.

If two of those four firsts are when I have Kawhi and PG then those are the 31st pick in the draft, so it's really two firsts half a decade from now. Easiest yes ever.

Do it regardless of when the picks are. Expectations are now going to be at an all-time high from the people in the organization who made a lot of money this season. Masai is a god today, but that narrative can change really quick when the money isn't coming in like it did this year.

Win another one with Kawahi and PG and get that ownership stake.

Sounds like Westbrook to Miami is probably gonna happen. Would be a terrible move for Riles.

If I’m LAC, not having a true big only scares me so much given that Kawhi and PG are both dominant defenders that can, at the very least, make a big’s life more difficult. Especially a modern big.

Would love that. Think what you want about Russ, but Jimmy and Russ together is instantly top 4 in the East. Let the media salivate over it all year.

If Westbrook goes to Miami they are going to be a top 3 team in the East and make a run at the Finals.

I hope Jabari does well in ATL.

Heartbreaking honestly.

I don't really see it that way. Toronto knew what they were getting when they traded for Leonard. It was known that he wanted to go home to LA before he played for Toronto.

This is an isolated incident of a guy wanting to play at home more than a blanket statement for all future superstars

Advanced stats say he was.
So do my eyes.
If you disagree, you might need to explore stats and rediscover how to watch NBA basketball.

Thanks for the tip. Here's the thing: Bud agrees with me. Thats why Bledsoe got yanked for George Hill later in the Toronto series. Why? He was a burden on the court. His presence enabled Toronto to double team at will. Why cover him?

By the way... And this is really a strong point im about to make so perk those ears: They werent leaving Khris wide open. So i dont know if you can look this up on a game by game basis but remember that Bledsoe's three point shooting stats were accomplished on mostly wide open shots while Khris was being swarmed. Did your advanced stats account for that? Or did your eye test malfunction?

*swish*

is that the sound of your turd swirling the toilet bowl?
