Yea I do too. If he can develop any kind of a jump shot that would be huge.

If you don't like that, you don't like Thunder basketball.

Adebayo, and Herro, and Dragic, and Johnson, AND MULTIPLE PICKS.

We actually might be in a 9th or 10th spot fight next season ...

Ofcourse this wont convey, but if it does :o

I thought I heard somewhere they will need to wait for Herro to sign his rookie deal and they won't be able to trade him for 30 days after.

Last season the Nets had the most guys in rotation who had a ft rate above .3 at 6. Let 4 go in off season and added KD, so they'll have 3 next season. Nobody else more than 3 or 4 last season. Thunder had 3 last season without Diallo, 4 when he played. They lose one in George. Probably add to it one way or another. Back at their peak in 2011-12 they had 5. In 2010-11 they almost had 6 but fully only 4.)

Nets had 5 in rotation over .3 on 3pt rate. Nobody else over 4. Thunder were at 1 with George. 2 with Galinari and Muscala. Need to get to 4 plus there eventually. 5-6 would be very good design.

Great design would be to be at tops of league on both. Like the Nets were.

Can still agree to a deal now.

They can only trade picks until 2026, and we have their 2021 and 2023. So all they could do is unprotect 23 and add one in 25 or 26. So they can't even offer multiple first round picks. They can only offer one draft pick.

How many rounds are there again?

Heat unlikely to give up Adebayo.

They can remove the protection on the 2023 pick, throw in their 2025 unprotected and do 2022, 2024 and 2026 pick swaps. They could also be including a 3rd team to send Dragic and/or others there with pick(s) going to OKC.

Should we start an Alec Burks appreciation thread?

If we end up with Herro and a pick it would be good enough

He never missed a shot with the Thunder. Westbrook can't say the same.

Alec Burks is also the second Thunder player to walk for free to join the Golden State Warriors. Can't deny that it hurts.

I'd be excited to get Herro. He is elite moving off the ball, shoots with confidence, can handle the ball a little bit. He won't ever be a great defender but I saw him pull off defensive plays in the summer league that I have never seen a guy like Reddick pull of.

Building around a backcourt of SGA and Herro would be exciting. Completely different brand of basketball than what thw Thunder has dished up the past 10 years. Efficient point guard who takes his time and makes the right play and a shooting guard who can hit 3's at a high clip.

Undefeated since the Grant trade.

I now believe we get him. Sam loves him some Kentucky players.
