A Modest Request from a Raptors fan

Please do not let the Clippers advance past the second round for the first time in that miserable franchise's history. LeBronto will thank you.

Kawhi's low character will come around to bite him in the ass.

I've heard it through the grapevine..NBA gods have already designated Los Angeles LAKERS as NBA Champions in near future. The destiny is real. TRUST ME.

Kawhi is now "Kawaii" because he was being cute with double dealing the Lakers...he fits their front office of shady people.

One of our reporters said Uncle D was making some requests that where a bit above what Masai could offer. He said LA rejected those requests also. You guys head anything about what the requests where?

He wanted to play with PG... which is why the clips gave up their future to OKC

How crazy would it be if he asked us to trade LeBron for PG... Not really any other way we could have done it after the AD trade.

Damn Clippers franchise should move to some other city.

Thank you btw Toronto for beating GSW, I definitely celebrated that one

I don't get the Kawhi hate...seems as if some folks are having problems with being turned down. As a reminder Cav fans were bitter once for LeBron leaving. I cannot imagine Kawhi ever joining the Lakers, but I'm certainly not going to count it out.

I think it's because Kawhi and even PG wanted to be traded here and it never happened but when they became free agents and had the chance to sign here they decided to be elsewhere. Maybe that's why some feel that the Lakers were played. Especially with Kawhi as we gambled on him and passed up on a lot of free agents just to preserve the cap space for him. Maybe some can't get over with it but things like that happen. I'm fine with our team right now but if it's up to me I won't make an offer anymore for Kawhi and PG in the future. In the next 2-3 years I'll be keeping my eye on Giannis.

I cannot begrudge PG or Kawhi for their decisions. Obviously, for one reason or another they felt coming to the Lakers was not in their best interest at that time. As was the case for Caviler fans once upon a time - I don’t think it’s worth burning bridges.

I'm not mad at them too. It's just that they had their chance. 2-3 years is a long time and both have health issues and when that time comes maybe we'll have better options in free agency. I mean, they might be on a decline by then so I'll make an offer to someone else who really wants to be a Laker.
