I see Lasry storming into Horst's office.

Lasry: "Horst! Get me Westbrook!"
Horst: "But, the cap space..."
Lasry: "Do whatever it takes."
Horst: "But the fit..."
Lasry: "Get. Me. WESTBROOK!"

Not one to hate on rumors, but weren't your sources telling you that first Middleton was as good as gone? And then rumors of a S&T to OKC for Steven Adams?

How would we even cobble together contracts to trade for Russ?

It would have been easier before we stretched Leuer.

It’s become trolling at this point.

I think people are being extremely pessimistic about maxing Middleton & losing Brogdon. Because if you think about it, we won 60 games last year with guys like Henson, Dellevadova, Thon Maker & Snell as major parts of our rotation for half the season. We were even playing DiVincenzo heavier minutes.

Our opening day roster is 10x better than last years & there’s no telling if we consolidate some of our backup wings & make some moves this season.

Russ would drive Giannis completely insane. Any “shared competitive spirit” angle is hogwash. BTW, where did the term ‘Hogwash’ come from? Why did people start saying that? *Zach Lowe voice*

The Heat are still the favorite to land Westbrook though as thats his preferred destination. My intent is not to troll believe me. Like I said before, these are rumors, not confirmed info like ESPN would report. Take the info from what its worth. I was wrong on Middleton, although he may have been their backup plan after they swung and missed on all the bigger names...

I'm not saying I would cancel my season tickets or anything, but watching Westbrook in a Bucks jersey would be agonizing as hell, never mind he and seem like a super stupid fit. Blindly saying 'he would be the best #2...' or anything like that doesn't justify such a horrific fit in Buds scheme and the redundancy of his game to Giannis' offense. Yuck, no thanks.

I hate the NBA sometimes. Who the **** cares what his "preferred" destination is. He's under contract, OKC can trade him to whoever the hell they want.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I think OKC is trying to do right by him and not send him to anywhere he doesn't wanna be.

I get that and it's fine to a point. But if a team like Charlotte or Washington offers the best deal then that's where he should be dealt.

I can't think of anywhere worse to be than OKC.
