Well if the Cleveland rumor is true, it will be done by Monday because that's when JR's contract needs to be renewed.

I didn't see the % he got of the rookie scale, anywhere between 80%-120%.

To Miami: Westbrook

We obviously get what we want

To OKC: JR Smith, Goran Dragic, Derrick Jones Jr, Miami unprotects 2023 pick

Get JR's contract off the books and get under the tax, and you clear a TON of money this offseason to essentially start over

To Cleveland: Kelly Olynyk, Miami 2025 1st round pick

Gets a 1st and a decent player for JR who they are cutting anyway. Would actually give them solid depth in the front court.

I think this is a great deal for all parties, just have a protection of that 2025 pick to the Cavs and it’s perfect for us.

Russell Westbrook had a 5.0 DWS and 3.9 DBPM - highest advanced defensive metrics of any guard in the league. If can add him to this group it would be gangbusters. Not sure though whether stat whoring helps or hurts these numbers. In theory he becomes an even better defender by not gobbling boards over defending his player, but maybe his advanced stats say he is worse?

I kept trying to tell some of the trade Herro goons in here that he was unsigned because we where waiting on some domino's to fall but nooooooooooooooooooooo Herro's getting traded blah blah blah. Glad i can order my Herro drip jersey in peace now.
