So Winslow, DJJr and 2 first rounders? 4 “assets” for a player with a huge contract that most other teams fear? No thank you! Let’s not get desperate to close the deal. I rather ride this one out since Westbrook is an expensive boom or bust. If anything, our 2021 expiring contracts just became golf today with the 2021 free agency turning to gold!

Best case 1 young and unprotected 2023 along with a few of our expiring contracts... And by young I mean DJJr since we essentially already accepted the fact that he was going to Dallas for Butler, so we can go back to thinking that.

4 assets because we also turn JJ and Dion into expirings, that adds into it.

I'd obviously not like to give those pieces up but I dont think just trash gets it done

I am hoping by weeks end. I heard something about Cleveland would have to waive J.R. Smith by the end of the week or weekend so this has to happen soon if Cleveland is involved.
