Isn’t it China “is” fuming? I think it would be the Chinese “are” fuming.

Wild that Bronson Koenig was the first 2-way ever signed and then proceeded to be so bad in summer league that was he was waived before training camp and never invited back to Vegas.

Can g-league teams start offering contracts to HS kids yet or is that not set in place yet ?

Maybe if his name was Denise instead of Dennis.

I haven't watched a single summer league game but sign Jock Landale to whatever he wants.

And Jalen Moore was the 2nd and he flat out retired before camp started.

Koenig may be a career Adriatic guy.

I’m not sure he can even make it over there. I believe he plays in Puerto Rico

I like that he's getting greater arc on his shot. He's approaching Ersan territory, which is great. His shot was way too flat last year.

Really hoping he gets more looks in the remaining games. He's got a nice smoothness to his game. So many SLers look rushed, all the time, but not Hommes. Completely calm and in control at all times. An actual roster spot feels like a long shot, but I'd love him on the Herd for a year, and then promote him.

Yeah, based on the games so far I'd be interested in Hommes/Tucker, or even Farrell, before Landale. He's been putting up numbers but aside from his shooting has looked pretty bad.

Seeing a lot of this and I don’t really understand it. He’s shown great hands and finishing ability at the rim, great offensive awareness in consistently swinging the ball to the right spot and he throws his body around in the paint/when diving after loose-balls. There’s a learning curve adjusting to the speed and athleticism of NBA caliber front court players and that’s where he struggled. But he’s shown enough tools and IQ at 23 I’m genuinely surprised he’s been so poorly received. Think he has a ready made stretch big skillset with plenty of room to develop.

Are there any places that keep decent stats of SL? The official site is pretty barebones from what I've seen. But while I agree he seems to have decent hands I thought his shooting at the rim has been pretty poor (so has Tucker's, to be fair).

Yeah, that's been available for a couple years. Bazley was going to do it before he interned at UA or whatever instead.

EDIT: New Balance

I was asking about the new contract that is supposed to be like 100k or something ? Each G-league team can sign someone to one. I think it was called professional path or something like that

BTW Bazley's got a ways to go but I greatly prefer him to our 1st round pick.
