Listening to iHeartRadio radio and mark rodgers said he talked to some people that are close to Westbrook’s camp. they said that russ is aware he may be traded somewhere he doesn’t want to go. Take it fwiw.

Good thing is he still gets that 4 years $171.

I am surprised there isn't more Rockets talk. Morey has always believed that you acquire as many super stars as you can then figure it out from there. I guess there inst enough balls for Russ, Harden and CP3.

Don't believe this but...who knows at this point. I still think the odds of him going to Miami are higher than 90%

Well they would definitely need a three team trade there as well because I think even less teams want CP3 than those that want Westbrook and I don't see OKC ever taking CP3. But Houston would be a really good spot for Russ.

Miami fans simultaneously want Russ and think his trade value is not worth a single good piece in return.

well most of them were ok to get Winslow (not Herro) but now they want him for free. Can't blame them since they are in a good position.

Hey let just ask the heat if they want steven adams with westbrook too for jams johnson, dragic and a wade sign jersey

I wonder how many of our "reporters" are just regurgitating stuff they see on Twitter.

About 95% of all reporters in the nation do that.

Think 95% is low. Sad state for traditional reporters. There are like 5 people out there who get actual news out.

See. This is what I am talking about. Rockets all we want is your 2022 and 2024 first round pick, with Cappela and Gordon. We will even do you a favor and take PJ Tucker off your hands, if you take back Patrick Patterson.

Capela would be a good asset by himself. I can’t imagine Houston isn’t trying to dump Paul.

CP3 + 2 HOU FRP to MIN

RW to HOU

Teague + Wiggins + MIN FRP to OKC

How does that sound?

I'd honestly rather have CP3 and the picks than Wiggins. If there aren't better offers out there, I'd take any of the Houston possibilities. CP3 + picks, CP3 + Capela for Russ + Adams, Capela + EG + Tucker (I'm assuming we could flip these dudes). If that's what Russ and CP3 both want, so be it.

It's obviously about CP3.

CP3 will be a free agent in 2022?

Will be the year that Ferguson gets RFA. We will still have SGA under team option. If we are going to start a long rebuild and Houston overpay us to get rid of CP3, why not. I don't like it but it's negotiable. We can collect so many picks that we could trade some to get rid of CP3 before that if needed (if we get some first from Houston, odds of picks from Miami/Houston or Clippers to be high on the draft are great)

Not saying that it's the deal I want to make (on the contrary) but if Morey makes an absurd offer, sure let's do it.
