I think this is a terrible move by the Rockets. Well, terrible is probably too strong of a word, but I don't think Russ and Harden will be a good combo together. Before anyone brings up OKC, that was nearly a decade ago and Harden didn't have any experience being a go-to guy yet.

Combining two players known for shooting their teams out of games doesn't seem like a recipe for success... but w/e.

What the ****!!!! CP3 is gonna be terrible to our baby SGA. He's gonna ride him so hard. OKC is dumb for this IMO.

Well it makes a lot of sense for OKC. One year less of a big contract and we get 2 first round picks. Also Houston was on Westbrook list so he must be happy

The Thunder at one point had Harden, Westbrook, Durant, Ibaka all in their primes and didn't win a title and only got close once. That is insane.

I mean, think about that. Thunder fans must be so appreciate of getting to watch all that talent throughout the years, but also sick to have had it and never got one championship out of it.

Wow, even I underestimated how low Westbrook's value was. That's a nearly cap-neutral deal until 2022 and those picks and swaps aren't worht all that much either.

I like this move, you have westbrook penteration and james ranges. lots pick and roll with clint. Brook will need bring his A effort defensively

That both sides are disappointed with the trade is good sign that both contracts were absolutely terrible.
