How did we get outbid? It looks to me that this Houston offer is next to useless.

The Rockets picks going forward are late 20s....plus OKC just absorbed maybe the worst contract in league after Wall.

Thunder gonna be paying a 35-37 yr old CP3 an average of $41 million over the next 3 seasons. Yikes.

His deal expires a year earlier than Russ' did. Either the Thunder were hell bent on adding even more first round picks or they really did just want to do right by Russ and trade him where he wanted to go.
