Westbrook and Harden reunited. Not sure of their personal relationship, but I have a sneaking suspicion their fit on the floor is going to be a spectacular disaster this time around.

Yeah it needs to be either go all in with him or rebuild. Cant just expect him to come back trying to go all out for this team.

Need to trade Dre before we trade Blake. If we could get a couple of reliable shooters for Dre (and pick up a servicable big man), we might actually be a home court playoff team.

I agree though we really should trade him. Teams are handing out future first rounders and pick swaps like candy right now for stars. We could be in position to be really good in the future if we moved him for that type of deal with some matching salary. His value is higher then Westbrook.

OKC really believes they can trade Paul for a couple more FRP's it seems while they couldn't get 4 FRP's for Westbrook.

I wasn’t a fan of WB contract but at the very least it gave a us chance to play meaningful basketball again. If I’m Blake I’m on the phone with Gores saying get me out of here because you sir are a liar and won’t ever go into the luxury like you claim you would.

Let’s trade for that CP3 contract in a 3 way.

Why? According to this his value is even worse than Westbrook's, which has now been demonstrated to be negative.

They just acquired the only contract more burdensome than CP3's, and they gave away two first rounders on top of it.

I would much rather have WestBrook then CP3. They are both bad contracts but still good players. WestBrook can get to the rim and create his own offense with a 20ppg triple double and is like 4 years younger.

Harden came off the bench in OKC despite being a star level talent because he fit badly with Westbrook...

I wouldn’t touch CP3 with a 12 foot pole, dude is a cancer. He thinks he’s still the best PG in the league and is on a serious decline and is super injury prone. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s out of the league in 2 years.

CP3 can't play D like Westbrook.

Theres no way in hell hes ever opting out of that deal. Either way though you really do have to go for it or tear it down.

Even thats hard though cause you have to spend your capspace and now the lottery odds are so whack the worst team in the league hardly even has a advantage there with the odds so spread out through the lottery

We're running out of teams that A) Have legit championship aspirations and are looking to get that last big piece to push them over the hump, and B) Have the right kind of assets remaining that Detroit would want in return.

Off the top of my head, Denver is one of those teams.

Blake for Milsap/Porter Jr/2020 1st/Pick swap in 2021.

Detroit gets cap relief, a young prospect, and draft considerations. Denver adds a legit star to make their run.

Great idea. We can be the clippers but 5 years older on CP3/Blake, with Kennnard as a worse version of J.J., Drumm as DAJ, and Rose as a ghetto Crawford.

Seriously though we didnt trade for Conley or Westbrook dont see why we would take the oldest and most expensive guy of the three. Pretty sure CP3 and Blake didnt even get along hence why CP3 wanted to GTFO out of there.

Basically man. With the da#n pick up's we made to improve our bench we'll probably win 3 more games and Dre will opt out and leave. These ret@rded GM's don't understand that nobody wants to stay on a small market team where they dont compete man! How could we not offer a deal better than Paul+late 1st rounders?

Yeah WestBrook has a pretty decent DBPM so hes definitely a two way shot creator. If he would stop chucking then hes really good

The Knicks are stockpiling 4s right now. The celtics struck out but not sure if their first rounders will every be worth anything. Magic were rumored to want Westbrook. How about Blake to the warriors in a Dlo deal? Suns/kings do dumb ****. Wolves wanted Westbrook. Hornets do dumb **** as well.

Awesome. Terrible owner, wretched GM. Another year of pointless play.

Thanks Pistons!

Done until the team is sold, or they actually try and make the team better, or blow it up. I will absolutely not watch the same thing, AGAIN.

If your listening ANYONE that works for the team;

I will NOT purchase season tickets, or even single game tickets to watch this trash product as your doing NOTHING to improve the product.

Kiss my ass. Gores is an idiot.
