Paul was better then, than Russ is now. Paul really doesn’t care if he scores. Russ definitely does.

Paul should have a better season this upcoming year than he did last year. His shooting was down, but Harden monopolized the ball so much more this past season than he did the previous season. Paul just having the ball in his hands more is going to make his numbers go up. Heat were trying to get Russell so I don't see why they would not try to get CP3 now. He fits better next to Butler anyway and has a year less on his contract.

It looks like two teams wanting to part with their players, so in that sense it was the perfect trade match. As for basketball sense, Morey usually thinks of acquiring talent before actual fit, so this is pretty standard for him.

Westbrook did a lot of good things for the OKC organization but at the end of his tenure I'd grown tired of his antics.....so this is a welcome change.

Now his bad 3-point shooting, poor FT shooting, bad-decision making, poor shot selection, lazy off-ball movement, stat chasing, and costly technical fouls are Houston's problem.

Chris Paul has several flaws as well, but he at least has a built in self-regulator. So he's not going to make anywhere near as many dumb irrational plays as Westbrook. CP3's style of play is a welcome change.....flaws and all.
