Look inward Andrew, look inward.
If he's still been unaware all this time, it's also a mark on how this team isn't being real with their players day to day. Poor communication kills all. Letting players know where they are at and where they need to get to is the only way forward. Without that communication and honesty there is nothing at all. That probably goes for any position anywhere. Piss poor management is piss poor management. I don't care what the excuse. Does someone feel they can't talk to him? Is there a claim that he doesn't listen? It's all a weakness on management's part for not communicating exactly what is expected of him. If they are communicating that clearly, then it's up to him to pass or fail and be rewarded with minutes or have minutes stricken from him and he should be wholly aware of why the result is what it is because they just tell him. Of course, the minutes have never been taken away and we don't know what they actually talk to him about. So, why should we expect him to know until the day his name is thrown around in trade talks.
I can't blame the team for this. Andrew has access to the internet.
Are you kidding me with that remark? Now we expect the internet to coach and manage our players?
If I was an ultra rich sports player who spends over 8 hours in a gym or working out per day, I would choose outside life for the remainder of my day and truly I might avoid the internet like the plague. There will always be haters there to tear you down a peg or ten and maybe 10% of these people actually have anything constructive to say. Imagine weeding through the crap. I would avoid it.
