This mind blowing remark is a quote of an associate in the know of Kirk Radomski who is schedualed for sentencing in San Francisco Sept. 7th.
http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/b ... index.html
According to this report there are dozens of MLB players involved in buying steroids from Radomski during a 10 year period.
It is not known if MLB, Bud Selig, or Mitchell plan to expose those involved. If your team is looking for that one person to make the difference in your playoff plans or for long term, big contract help, do you want to know, should you know, do you have the right to know, if this player is on "the list"?

At this point, ousting Bud would be nothing more than a mere formality. The damage has been done.
Although, really, what damage is there?

Why would you say something so attacking as that?
I think the list of names to be held or exposed is very much a current event of MLB and certainly more interesting than some of the more recent threads. I would very much like to hear from the participants on the forum about their view on how MLB is handeling this issue. Have you even considered my question?
Because i'm a Bonds fan has little to do with it.

The damage of bringing fans back to baseball.
The damage of having an entire country follow each game as Sosa and McGuire slug it out in 1998.
The damage of making the game of baseball more exciting.
The damage of witnessing records broken and then rebroken.

Every generation has its asterisks; it just so happens ours is because of performance-enhancing drugs instead of segregation, war, or enormous ballparks.

I can't figure out why some of you would want to protect the names of these cheaters.
As we near the trade deadline, don't you want to know who has bought these steroids from Radomski? One with enhanced #'s might sign a multi-million dollar deal and end up on your team only to be exposed in a month or two when it's to late.
If not, please explain. Talk about sticking your head in the sand, this takes the first place prize.

I'd also like to hear what Greg Anderson has to say, but we can't all get what we want.

I don't want to protect the names of the guys that take these performance enhancers, I just want guys who test positive for them to be men and stick up for their s**t. I want those guys to say, "Yes, I took these drugs and I'm sorry." Thats all I ask.
