Excellent pickup for the last roster spot.

Nice signing. We needed extra guard depth, as Pinson and Musa were our only real depth behind Kyrie and Spencer.

Now the biggest weakness is the PF spot. Hopefully Rodi/Prince/Chandler can do a good job there.

Nice, very solid signing and a 2 year deal at that. Solid defender, 26 years old, and pretty cheap.

Hopefully Kenny can work some magic on him and get him to improve his 3s about .350 or better.

Yo if this is the dude from the Cavs who I think it is, this is an EXCELLENT signing. He is a straight up bulldog of a player

Very good pickup!

I had thought maybe we sign an older vet like VC who can be a good locker room and practice guy, but Nwaba is a way better player at this point. He can earn some serious minutes and play some legit defense. I hadn't considered him because I thought he'd want more money. He's a sure upgrade over Graham.

I swear this guy was DOGGING us in a game vs CLE last season. If anyone can find that footage it would be a big help

the best thing is that this keeps musa and pinson from being in the rotation. nwana is excellet driver and finisher, decent shooter too. the game vs cleveland is on youtube.

Good fit for the final roster spot. David is a bulldog defender and good hustle guy. I'm not sure he pushes anyone out of a rotation role (my money's on Musa for 10th man), but he's a great option.

I like this signing a lot, he's defensively really good iirc, and plays with a lot of energy. We already know that we can be a great offensive team, but the next step for us is to become a good defensive team. Guys like Nwaba definitely help. Nwaba is the kind of player who is only a consistent 3pt shot away from making $10+ mill per year. Instead, we have him here in late free agency for vet minimum.

That's him. Dude stood out to me because of how relentless he was. Pitbull mentality, he plays like he needs food on his plate. I need to check his metrics to see how well he fits offense wise but on defense this guy is a go getter. My kind of player right here, might be my favorite bench signing of the summer.

Nice pick up, he's solid rotation guy and being pesky helps his game a lot. Getting balanced roster that Marks got for the next 2 years is nothing short of amazing. I believe our 2d unit can beat up on bottom 10 teams. No joke, I mean just look their rosters up.

Yesss this is the perfect pickup, we need a tough bulldog guy to defend the guards like Simmons, Beal, Kemba etc... he will put up a fight with those star guards, we didn't really have that before him. Temple is more of a wing guy, Nwaba can defend guards and wings. He will definitely get some good minutes to shut down those quicker guards and he will be a fan favorite while also gaining alot of attention being on a playoff team. I'm ecstatic with this signing.

I called Temple our Graham replacement. I was wrong, Nwaba is our Graham replacement.

Its a really solid signing.... its the perfect Nets type move. grab an older but still young enough to see develpment player who is a great guy and super hard worker and see how good a player you can develop him in to. Could be the defensive version of dinwiddie as a guy who bounced with a few teams that all liked him then saw some D-league action.

i dont know if offensively he will get there but i can see him being a middle-class man's pat beverly

Of course! I mean why not, right?

Did any of us expect Dinwiddie or Harris to become superb role players? Marks has the eye and Kenny has the tools.

Very solid signing!

Dude is 6'4 with a 7 foot wing span.

He can hit the three ball based on these numbers but lets see if he can get himself into the 34-35% range. either way, I am in love with this signing.

This has been the best Nets offseason ever. This roster is excellent.

Looks like a sweet deal for Nwaba. I really have not heard much about him since the injury. He must be doing well. Get pickup for the Rockets.
