Sekou’s Measurements?

Post#1 » by ComboGuardCity » Mon Jul 15, 2019 2:39 am

I cannot for the life of me track down Sekou’s measurements (insert Kirsten joke here). Has he ever been officially measured? He looks like he’s more Stanley Johnson’s size than Pascal.

I’m also no geneticist, but his receding hairline says he most likely won’t grow anymore.

I think he's 6'8 with a 6'10 wingspan.

It’s been reported that he’s 6’9 with a 6’11 wingspan.

I always read he was 6'9 1/4 in shoes, with 6'11 wingspan, 8'11 standing reach.

He's definitely taller than Stanley

Has to be at least 6'8-6'9. They looked even closer in video, photo is deceiving because of the angle Drummond is standing

Siakim was 4 years older at the same stage

Here's hoping Casey and his staff can turn the tide on our history of poor development and Sekou can become something special.

It's been a loooooooong time!

I hate the siakam comparisons cause Pascal was no where near sekous perceived talent level when Pascal was 18

I love the Siakam comparisons. Let’s hope he actually develops into someone that is worthy of being compared to Siakam 2-3 years into his career.

He looks pretty lanky and tall to me.

SJ looked smaller to me since he was so wide and had tree stumps for quads.

Siakam didn't become a functional rotation player until he was 23/24..that's what I meant. no one on this board will wait 5 years for sekou to become a factor.

Sekou's coming into the league as a better shooter than Siakam was. If he can knock down open shots then he'll probably be in the rotation as soon as next season and his development could be fast-tracked.
