In football a quality control coach typically breaks down film to find tendencies in the opponent. Basically doing a lot of the leg work for the coaches so they can spend more time with players. I’d guess it’s a similar job in basketball

People were hoping for a big man coach....this guy's known for his work with Anthony Davis and Tim Duncan.
