The way C's fans talk in here they are 10 games better then the Nets. Should have just made it straight up better team.

Boston is clearly better.

But I think the Hawks are a darkhorse for the 8th playoff seed.

I understand the Hawks have been dragged between spatting fans from two teams... Looking over the C's roster, they have many holes throughout that lineup namely that frontcourt.

The median has definitely closed between a few teams from last season to this one in the East.

Hawks aren’t trying to win. They’re still a bottom 6-8 or so team until they actually start making moves to get better instead of being paid to take on negative

Hawks should be compared with young Pelicans, Suns, Bulls, Knicks, and Grizzlies.

Celtics should be compared with the teams like Pacers or Blazers.

If everything goes right for ATL and everything goes wrong for BOS, they might be close.

How I see both teams:

BOS: low range 40 wins / likely range 45 wins / high range 50 wins
ATL: low range 30 wins / likely range 35 wins / high range 40 wins

Is Atlanta even trying to win this year? None of their offseason moves indicate that they are. And the Jabari signing is a real headscratcher.

This team ain't ready yet to win but we will have over 75 million in cap space next year and still a lot of assets to use. Right now, I give the advantage to C's but after that. No idea.

hawks remind me of last years magic/nets. they just need young to do what he did last second half and they are a 38-42 win team

I see the Hawks topping out to be as good as the 2018-19 Nets. They got a very solid coach and system in place.

I think most people have it as Phi and Mil a tier above the rest of the group, with that group being pretty much a crapshoot.
