It will be interesting to see if they try to lock up Clark now. Also interesting if we use any cap for other vets who will be cut.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I still don't understand what Jones was on about this off-season. He has a role if he plays better.

A lot of praise on twitter for Corey Grant and how Hackett used him.

Dudes. I think we have a top 7 defense this year. Very stoked about that. If the offense holds up 12-4 is well with in reach.

I have to say, this is probably the most excited I've been for a season since about 2014. New coaching. New blood on defense. Lots of promise.

The last two times we had really good defenses we won the Owl, and should've made it to the Owl if not for the Seattle choke job.

If we get a Top 10 D, we just need the young WRs to step up. That's the other big question mark.

The defense is gonna suck ass this season and the Packers are gonna be 7-9.

I am all about a 'dunno this defense', it could be a shiny new toy... need to see them on the field 1st. Mmmm, so many changes though. It appears to be very capable but extremely foreign. Makes for some must watch stuff, and who da hell knows.

I am still worrisome about... the WR corps, what the offense looks like, how Rodgers assimilates with it (peeps or estranged fam), AND, if we have a running game.

How likely is it that the intangibles fall into place?

I'm not as worried about just the WRs. Because our coach will use all positions on offense.

Definitely need to see some diversity on offense, that's where I see some potential issues. Will Aaron be cool with the huddle plays?

Many of us were very critical of MM, and rightfully so, until a effectively controlled system is displayed we will all be unhappy.

The window of potential is slamming shut soon on this regime. Godgers is inevitably going to be a small kine piece of what was routinely a pheomena.

Non attendees at practice today (first in shoulder pads):

Tim Boyle - personal
Jamaal Williams - hammy
Fadol Brown - calf
Bulaga - Veteran Rest day

Edit: still out - Savage (wisdom tooth), Josh Jackson (foot), Donnerson (hamstring), Crosby (calf)

Kizer’s potentially best practice as a Packer. Dexter Williams and Vitale flashed with the 1’s - Dexter Williams is good folks. Like not kidding. Kuhn loves this kid. J’Mon Moore with a very good practice. And, this got me a little juiced up not gonna lie:

Is this a joke, or where is this coming from? I suspect we end up with the #1 run defense and we finally have a **** ton of speed in the secondary.

I'm going into this season with a pessimistic view.
