Taylor is a meddler too. He's the one who signed Wiggins to a max contract after having a 'heart to heart' with him, and also forced Thibs to trade Lavine to the Bulls instead of him for whatever reason.

The Wizards. I think John Wall's contract will go down as the worst contract of all time.

How are people judging this? People are saying Orlando, but most of the woes in recent years can be placed on gm and Alex Martins.
Woj is the new Bucher. Shams is the new Woj. Espn is the new TMZ. The NBA is the new WWE.

Sarver would be my choice in a vacuum, but the fact that Taylor had no votes before mine was egregious, so that’s where I went...

Other than the Lakers, all these teams have half the money and none of the big city appeal of NY. Dolan by a light year.

I have to go with Dolan. He has a gigantic advantage being in NY and he hasn't been able to build anything. His reputation seems ruined and I don’t see players going there. Other GM’s have made worse moves. But no GM has made as many bad choices relative to their market power.

The Maloofs owned the Kings for most of that time.

The Magoofs would win hands down in an all time bad poll.

I'd love to vote for Reinsdorf but Sarver and Dolan are waaaaaaay worse than him. Maybe even the Buss too, recently. I just want for someone to buy the Bulls and treat it as a major market franchise the way it should be.

What are the exceptions in which the terrible owners have actually done something right?
-- Dolan is willing to spend money.
-- Sarver hired that great medical staff.
-- Leonsis seems to be a decent HOCKEY team owner, if not a good one.
-- Jordan makes his players enjoy being on bad teams because, hey, he's Jordan.

Anything else?

Don't forget that cheap ass clown OKC owner whatever his name is who traded Harden just to save a few million.

Arguably the worst decision in NBA history in terms of letting go of a player.

If you have the financial backing, ownership should be easy.

Pick a goal (rebuild, championship, incremental improvement)

Hire a competent team and back them long term

Spend what needs to be spent

Job done.

Pistons Tom Gores should be on any "worst of" list. Terrible owner, and scumbag person who owns a company that price gouges prison inmates on telephone calls.
