Papagiannis is the most indefensible draft pick of the last decade.

It's even worse. They had #8 and traded back (though got very solid value for it). You can give the Kings the benefit of the doubt and say they targeted Bogdanovic or they hoped someone else would fall to #13 but most likely they targeted Papa.

Only possible if you sign him on day 1 (cause you need cap space/MLE/tax MLE to sign for more than 2 years) and I doubt Bender would be ready to commit to that this early.
