btw, I'am not even a remotely a superhero movie/series fan, but just watched "The Boys" last night, and it was really good. So if anyone is into that kind of stuff, you'll probably love it.

Was bored so did a mock draft on espn.

Picked up Mitch as a backup.
It was a 12 team auction format. Wasnt the best team but I left pretty happy with my roster especially compared to other teams. (Would say I had the best team.)

Also, as said, "The Boys" (Amazon Prime) is good. If you don't have that, the full season is available on torrent sites, though most of them kind of suck now, but I have one that's membership driven. I can extend a membership if you want.

Otherwise, whatever sites, 123movies or whatever, probably have episodes.

I started watching that last night, but shut it off in the first minute just because it was too loud when I was trying to get the baby to sleep. :lol:

I really want to watch it though. Prime has some really great shows.

Recommend The Boys too. I am just now half through season.

The central story was not convincing. Fairly typical Scorcese problem. He is good with milieu, cinema mechanics and gets good performances, but he is not a great storyteller.

That said, it was an accomplishment to portray Olde New York so vividly which is fascinating and makes the movie for me. It really is amazing how the material reality of our society has evolved so much yet you scratch that surface these days and you find the impulse of many is to return to those times.

I couldn't get past the first 30-45 minutes of that movie for some reason. It felt a little bland to me

The setting really is what did it for me too

I must admit I do me me some Daniel-Day Lewis. Tremendous actor. I did really like the movie so I’d recommend finishing it.

Also 15:17 to Paris is on HBO if you haven’t seen that. Clint Eastwood movie about some childhood friends who go on a trip through Europe.

Renewed my interest in videogames and started swimming for cardio in june. Instead of scouring the web for Knicks related news during the draft and free agency i just checked once or twice per day. Haven't looked at Facebook in 2 weeks. its actually pretty nice to disconnect from the internet for now.

But in October I will probably be all over those game threads and overreacting to every play like everyone else lol.

Beginning super boring. Gets pretty wild mid way through the end. Super long movie also.
