Astros yanked Sanchez after 6 with his no-hitter in tact.

Wait, I am confused because several posters here specifically said that he was going to definitely be in the bullpen for Houston. Why is he starting?
He will be almost certainly be in the bullpen when Brad Peacock returns from the DL in a week or two, because the Astros have five starters who are vastly superior to him.
And that's Aaron Sanchez: occasional flashes of brilliance, paired with weeks of sheer incompetence.
**** your asterisk.

Buddy Boshers - I'm not sure I can name more than 50% of our current bullpen.
Nick Nurse recounting his first meeting with Kawhi:
“We could have gone forever. (Raptors management) kept knocking on the door and I was like, ‘A couple more minutes.’ Because we were really into it."

Looks like Grichuk decided to have his big 1-3 week stretch even later than usual. Had 5 XBHs in a 23 game span, has 7 in his last 8 games (including today). Entirely possible that Grichuk is the best hitter in baseball, but takes months-long vacations where his stand-in is three children in a Grichuk uniform and silicone mask.
**** your asterisk.

Why call up Diaz for just a cup of coffee? Either he's deserving of an extended look, or you don't call him up in the first place. Bizarre.

Second best. Babe Bichette has been called up so best hitter is undisputed.
