Sounds like plan is by September. Not sure if it's anything more than conjecture at this point though.

Like Phelps trade. Haven't heard anything on Morrow recently.

Another new lineup. Another day the offense is struggling.

Bryant,Rizzo, Baez, Contreras ,even Hayward is viable firepower to not get blanked 3 + times through the order.

Could easily d3scribe it as lack of creativity, having this same lineup 2-3 years and still not being able to find anything sustainable.

Just thought about how maddon overplays matchups but guess what, all it takes is a bullpen change to turn the lineup upside down.

I think we've lost the desire or maybe players since Fowler left to even try to manufacture runs by playing small ball. The big hitters are going to go through streaks and when they do we have nothing.

got a win today, so that's good. if we can bury the brewers and only have to deal with the cardinals for the stretch run that would be good

its wild how different the home/away split is this year. the past couple years this team hasn't had these road issues have they?

No. This has been a very odd season for home/road splits. They haven't had a sub .500 road record since 2014.

darvish has really turned it on, which is good because lester has fallen apart - now hendricks had a bad night, but the bats are cooking so far
