They could try to get Otto and Sato to convince him. Question is if he’s a replacement or just a body.

It's weird how this team has had a million point guards on the roster at one time post Rose, yet when Derrick was coming back from his knee injuries, they never carried more than 3 PGs, including Rose himself. I will never understand that.

And the kicker was they would usually pick the 3rd PG up during the season AFTER Rose would get hurt.

If this happens, then this year will be remembered for being a Chicago Wizards type of off season

Considering signing Harrison brought the regular roster (non 2-way) to 16, there doesn’t seem room for someone else. Maybe they cut Blakeney and Harrison, trade Dunn, and then have room? Seems very unlikely.

GarPax gets the memo, just substantially late. Like, we got Wade, eventually.

Getting another Wizard all to make Beal feel more comfortable when he gets here I like it.

So, you want a guy who takes five 3's per 36 and shoots 31%? That would really hurt. The more the volume, the more the percentage matters.

you want guy who can put even average percentage while at decent volume over high percentage on small volume. in that case 38% means nothing. Because that would either suggest elective shot selection or shooting just pure open shots or corner shots. You want a guy who is comfortable pulling outside even if it's on smaller percentage, but not exactly a chucker. Maybe not 31% but at 33% it would suggest maybe with better shot selection and smaller volume, smaller role he could put higher percentage.
Volume is today important. For example Kris Dunn was last year 35% 3pt shooter at 2 per game. Yet I wouldnt trust him to make a 3 in his life even open or even considered him "floor spacer" in any way.

also, 160 career attempts or whatever isn't even enough to validate the 38% figure
