did someone say max out DeJounte Murray?

thats a move that gets an executive fired. a role player getting max pay is like Wiggins territory.

Definitely wouldn't max him out but I wouldn't mind going after him in the offseason if he shows he can bounce back from the injury

I wish we could get DeAron Fox somehow

He looks the part of a future star and imagine him on the fastbreak with Siakam lmao

Bogbog or Hield would be good fits at SG for the Raps.

Hield would be a great fit but if he has a similar season i think SAC is gonna max him

Bogi would be a decent fit and is probably the most attainable but im not that high on him and would be wary of overpaying him in RFA

spurs will match anything that isn't a max out. the kid is a superstar in waiting. all defensive team already

8.1 ppg on 7.5 shots
26% from 3
44% fg

We don't have the same definition of superstar.....

Let's see what guys like Thomas and Davis can do for us first.

A superstar is Lebron James. James Harden. Durant. Curry. then you mention potential superstar in Murray. think about it. nothing in Murray screams "superstar" at all. Esp not in a Spurs uniform and Pops coaching.

i didn't say anything about his potential. he has very good potential but not superstar potential. all star maybe. huge difference. i mean if he's an all star - sure, Spurs will match regardless. Even Spurs fans he has all star potential but superstar is too loose of a word given out nowadays.

Hield yes. They won't let Bog get away. His draft year highlight reel looked unbelievable and he even projected to be second round.

Hield is definitely a target worth exploring. Offer him the max (or near max) and Sac might flinch.

I wonder what it would take to get Devin Booker?

I honestly feel like he could be the answer, but he also isn't that great defensively.

Him and Siakim are pretty much all you really need offensively, with good defensive and play making / shot making around them.

Just at what cost though?

We might have to flip all our expiring contracts and flip the return with whatever we got for him.

Devin Booker isn't the answer to anything.

It’s going to take an arm and a leg to get booker I don’t think we have the assets to get him to be honest. He is a top 5 SG in the league right now and the suns are probably not planning to get rid of him since he’s the only good thing going for them atm.
