I actually love Kerouac. His narration doesn't feel forced.
Yeah, Kerouac is the most popular for a reason... He's probably the most accessible... He keeps things more neutral.
Ginsberg and Burroughs are better writers, but I can't read much of their work. The subject matter, is... Unrelatable.
I just figured the homo-erotic overtones of the Beats might trigger the same matador's ballsack reaction...
