Nope, I been waiting on details. This however is the most detail info that Iv seen

Let me find out we traded the wrong young piece

Not trying to be a contrarian. But has it been discussed that Pie is constantly taking jabs at the franchise. Winslow, Spo, Bam, and others while being vociferously defensive on ANYTHING negative said about Hassan. Which would kind of lead him to have a bias against Bam. Has any other source reported this? Stein? Local guys? Anybody except the guy who is obsessed with Hassan?

We live in a predetermined 3 dimensional program. Obviously that is a program bug that was not supposed to show this information until later on in time.

Oh well. Now we know. :swami:

Why would the local guys have the scoop? All they are good for is riding the coat tails of reports from the big dogs. Eye in the Sky insinuated that the meat beat crew knew of the report and didnt say anything to protect this new found love of Bam, Leif pretty much confirmed it with his “damned if we do damned if we dont” tweet.

so by this logic you’re confirming Heatbeat actually have real sources as long as it plays into your belief in Pie Sky’s? Regardless, taking ONE twitter guy’s “report” as truth seems a bit preemptive no? This twitter guy also happens to be rooting against Bam bc he is hellbent on people appreciating Hassan. He is coded in the way he is anti-Heat but it’s very obvious. I would just question that the ONE SINGLE PERSON in all of media that “knows the truth about Bam” also happens to be the guy obsessed with clearing Hassan’s narrative.. but if that’s the insider you have faith in, respect.

I posted it because it was relevant to the team and I thought people might be interested in talking about that as opposed to real pie in the sky nonsense like Bradley Beal. Its up to you to believe the story or not

Oh it's definitely not the post itself that makes me respond skeptically. It's that a completely unverifiable, anti-Heat, Hassan propaganda machines "sources" carry any weight at all. I just question that aspect of it when all things about the dude are considered. It's like why not throw up any other random Heat fan tweet and call it "news." That's all.

I'm not the biggest Bosh fan. He's contributions by Heat fans I find to be over-exaggerated. During the big 3 era, Mia was worst in the league in rebounding twice and around the middle the other 2 years. Anecdotally, I recall game after game, season after season yelling at the tv for Bosh to move around more and box his man out rather than just to stand around and watch other guys shoot. His engine never impressed me.

I'm not saying that Mia would have won 2 titles without him, or that he sucked. He was a good pick and roll player and could switch on defense with ease. He was a solid 3rd wheel. He just wasn't anything close to as good of a player that some make him out to be.

And what exactly do some make him out to be? Its not like Bosh is in GOAT conversations.

Wanna see Winnie back in pre-draft shape, don't know what the difference in weight is but he looked a lot clunkier as a Soph. Maybe it was a different style of play, lot more rushed shots as a Soph. Mans is stuck between putting on weight to play the 4 for Spo and trying to be spry enough to stay at lead guard

Long Live Winnie. Mamba siempre

Rest in Power Chadwick

An elite player which he never was, imo. He was always a second tier player.

Surely if this past year has taught us anything, it's that Winnie is best as a Guard, or wing. Small ball 4 he ain't, and I really don't want to see him used in that spot this year.

Hoping he's getting leaner, more explosive, and played exclusively as a 1/2/3 this szn Bish.

An 11x all star who would have made a couple more all star games if his career wasnt cut short. is a lock for the HoF and he was never elite? maybe define your version of elite?

Truth is we never got to see Bosh’s full repertoire here in Miami due to illness and being a 3rd wheel. As for the rebounding #s this was addressed often by the team and Bosh. Our defensive system at the time always drew Bosh away from the rim. We sacrificed rebounding for a more blitzing style defense with Wade and Lebron playing as safeties. It was always designed to be a rebound by committee scheme. Personally, I thought we overused the style by 2014. It was a taxing scheme and the Spurs ripped it to shreds generating open looks on command. One of Spo’s most glaring lowlights IMO

Return to Miami Heat
