Just finished Fleabag last night. Wow, could be my favorite show ever. Perfect ending to a series. Had me feeling the spectrum of emotions throughout. Thoughtful and humorous look at the human condition. Can't wait to see more from Phoebe Waller-Bridge.

Legion was 100X better this past season than season 2. Much more straightforward that ends the series on a good note.

Edit: You need to watch it just for the rap battle between Jason Mantzoukas and Jemaine.
Totally agree. I almost quit the 2nd season, I like a little weird but that season got straight up incoherent at times. This final season was a much better job of staying weird but actually being able to follow what the hell was going on and they did a fine job ending the series.

Cold Case Hammarskjöld is available on digital today and I've been anticipating it since the spring. I wish I hadn't read up on the movie as much as I did, because the back half goes into a mind-blowingly terrifying space and I would have rather not known what it was ahead of time.

Wait, Rocky 4 is good?

Pure trash. At least it was so bad it was funny though.

Mindhunter season 2 out now. I didn't love it as much as everyone else, though that final scene at the hospital in the finale was as intense as anything I'd seen on TV that year. Looking forward to binging.

The guy playing Kemper was so good.

Rocky IV transcends valuation.

This may be my most anticipated movie for the remainder of the year (not named Star Wars  ). It’s a toss up between this and Ad Astra

They're living the American Dream. I would pay good money to see them make something for their other past albums.

Burning was a really good Korean film as well, if you think Parasite looks good.

Cold Case Hammarskjöld

Go watch and come back and tell me how much your brain skull has been brain skulled.

I haven't followed this thread because I was worried about spoiling a few series I was way behind, so I don't know how much or if it has been posted here, but Love, Death and Robots is pretty good and I think up many here's alley.

I watched the whole season in about 24 hours. Liked a lot more than the first season, which I thought was painfully slow.

I quit early in season 1 because of that. Can I just start season 2 or is it important to finish 1?
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

I'd watch the finale of season one then jump into season 2.

I started "Barry" last night - about halfway through the first season. I think the show has me invested primarily through the performances of some key characters rather than the plot itself - which has been pretty boring so far tbh.

I think the this would work fine as well. How far did you get? Because I thought some of the Kemper and Brudos stuff was fantastic and I wouldn't want to miss it. But then again, I'm a big true crime nerd so all of the serial killer stuff fascinated me.

I do think you'd be fine fast forwarding. But agreed you should definitely watch the last of season one at least otherwise you might be a little confused at the beginning of s2.

My wife was incredulous that this was even approaching a thing that really happened. Lonely Island absolutely crushed it.
