Wally playing out of position at PF for the Cavs in '08/'09 was a precusor of things to come around the league.
Wally shot 41.1% on his 3pters second to Mo Williams on that 66-win team.
Overall Wally wasn't good, but a bench unit with James, Delonte West, Boobie Gibson, Wally, and Andy Varejao was very good.
Still baffles me to this day why it took Pat Riley and Magic Johnson as long as it did to realize that if you put 3 or 4 shooters on the floor with James that amazing things happen even if you have to force the issue playing a player who can barely move anymore out of position. Wally always tried hard, though, and it was appreciated by some.
