The polled rookies think Cam Reddish will have the best career of the draft class?
Personally, I think he's a guaranteed bust.

I'm right in the middle. I think he has the upside of Covington. Certainly not the best career, though.

To me, Lakers chance of winning the championship lies on dmc returning into form. I dont think LBj and Ad are good enough to compensate the gap between those two and the rest of the roster.
McGee, Ad and Bron dont project to have good spacing either

There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.

Reminds me of when all the McDonalds kids said Malik Newman would be the best among them.

Certainly has the base level shooting profile and defensive ability to be a plus starter. His Wiggins-esque motor and putrid scoring efficiency cement my opinion of him, though. It's hard for me to imagine such an inefficient, apathetic player panning out.

So an automatic write off, then? Because that's likely not happening.
And yeah, Anthony "I'm not a C" Davis is really screwing up their lineup construction.

Yea, but Dwight is going to push them over the edge this time.

Joakim Noah is far weaker in the post, but he's a better defender in space, far better passer, and can hit a free throw. Also, better team morale guy. Seems like the Lakers should go that route.

The Lakers desperately need some size because at the moment their bigs are David, McGee and Kuzma.
I would be happy if they picked Noah because it would mean that Embiid would average Shaq numbers if we met them in the finals but it makes too much sense for them to get some size for teams like the Sixers or the Nuggets.

Why do they need size for the Nuggets?

Actually if you ask me which Center I want for my perfect championship caliber team, I will chose Asik hands down

The only western playoff big you need to defend in the post is Nurkic. And with the Portland backcourt, he doesn't get that many touches to put in serious work, anyway.
They'd be better off getting a switch defender like Noah. He's way more useful than Dwight in defending the star scorers that play on the ball on playoff teams out West.

Yea the Nuggets probably not so much since Jokic is not a heavy post player.
Still i would like to have someone in his weight class for the times he tries to use his size.
Noah doesnt really offer something that Davis or McGee cant already do.

Jokic can't and won't bully Davis. That's the last thing on his mind. The only matchups they're worried about are against Embiid and Giannis.

I actually had no idea he is listed as 270, always thought he was like 240 or something.
It appears though that nowadays he plays at 250.

Nah, he's every bit of 270. Javale McGee is freaking huge.

Javale McGee could be 400 pounds he's still not covering Embiid or Giannis or generally being good enough without 4 hall of famers in front of him.

All these teams looking at themselves and wishing they had more C depth yet Kyle O'Quinn had few suitors in July and signed a vet minimum.

TBF Mcgee and Boogie also took the vet min. Lot of guys got squeezed this year and with the minimums rising it's a little more palatable. Like O'Quinn is making over $2 million.
