Its not all about what you see in the box score

It's the fact that we took him with a lottery pick is why Frank triggers such strong negative feedback. If he were taken in a more appropriate spot like back half of the second round.. Frank would be more welcomed here

Well we got the guy they wanted anyways

Frank is hated on more than Michael Sweetney, Jordan Hill, Channing Frye, and Frederick Weis combined

Any more draft busts I should add to this list?

Do you guys honestly think this organization wants frank nitkinia i don't think they do and i highly doubt they will pick up is 6 million dollar option . Do you guys think fizdale, mills, perry and dolan likes frank the player the answer is no they don't like him and reason why they don't like him is he hasn't produce. Dotson and trier contract ends in the summer 2020 and the knicks front office at least wants to keep one of those guys back and if the knicks want to give them fair deal frank 6 million dollar option has to be decline to make that happen. lets get this straight to dotson and trier has produce more then frank has there basically there first year of game time because dotson didn't play in his rookie year.

Well, Jeffries and Lin gave us our most entertaining ball in almost 20 years. Jared was on fire when Linsanity erupted and he played really well during that stretch.
Nah 2013 team was the most entertaining we've had recently. Maybe Ntilikina can be like a Ronnie Brewer/Shumpert level if he hit a 3 every now and then and stop playing like a chicken **** on offense.

For you maybe. That team was mediocre at best. Their mid-season slump was terrible and Kurt Thomas woke them up with his last heroic game then they had late season run so they looked better than they were. They barely beat a battered, old Celtics team while behaving like fools in the process with their black garb and then got rolled hard by Indy. The players I enjoyed rooting for on that team were the small role players like our three point specialist and rastaman (who got buried by Woodson when he needed to play in the playoffs).

Jeffries was a 6'10" defensive specialist who could cover most positions at a high level while having limited offensive ability

He was also a 20 MPG player for his career.

Many NBA teams felt like he earned the right to be out there.

Curious who you categorize as a hater? Objectively, Frank has not been a very good nba player up to this point. It is understandable some would still be skeptical because he has to show improvement in the nba not in international ball ultimately.

In the grand scheme I would disagree. None of those guys mentioned had the hardcore support Frank has from a wing of Knicks fans.

Yes. When Jeffries was playing his best he played up to prime Tyson Chandler levels. Neither could shoot a lick, but he was not the dead weight on offense some believe because he passed, set screens, played the PnR and could score around the rim. He was crapped on heavily by Knicks fans, sometimes for legit reasons, but mostly not IMO.
