That said, my opinion of Delonte West is low, nothing to do with this picture at all.

These days you just can't tell if someone is homeless or not by their clothes. I have to scatter the homeless in front of my business every morning like pigeons and some of them are surprisingly well dressed and clean.

He's clean abd in clean clothes with a backpack on.

He looks dishevelled because of his tatts and he always looked that way.

By all accounts he's financially fine and suffering from bipolar l. He has support but doesn't mean he can't sometimes do things that may seem unusual.

It sucks to see a guy struggle with his mental health but if you read the article it says that he isn't homeless and has been getting treatment.
