yea, people are kind of missing this part for some reason.
she recorded him, baited him, weaponized his own child against him, got him to threaten her and instead of going to the police (which she would have if she REALLY felt threatened) she sells it to TMZ for a quick buck.
and ya'll want Cousins banned for this? give me a **** break. he shouldn't have said it, that should go without saying obviously, but to de-contexualize the situation does no one any good here.
I mean, looks like a start in a country with a insane gun and violence epidemic to draw a strong line at threats to shoot someone. And i couldnt care less what the woman (or anyone else) did or said etc.
And if Cousins wants to be an NBA player (and a public figure VIA the NBA) then its his damn JOB to hold certain standards. If he cant do it, then bye bye.
yea, banning Cousins from the NBA is what's gonna stop gun violence. ya'll definitely on the right track there.
