Always, I'm still not betting against Lebron in the playoffs though. Not even convinced Kidd will be too big deal as coach as Lebron won't listen to him if he doesn't want to. Wouldn't be shocked if it's a cluster **** though if they start slow and the blame game starts. Should be super interesting regardless.

Agreed. Should be a good story to follow. I wont bet against Lebron but I will root for failure :D.

Should be really interesting to see what the Raptors look like a year from now. FVV, Siakam, Gasol, Lowry, Ibaka ALL FAs at the end of the year (all but Siakam UFA). You would expect Masai to be aggressive in trying to send out Gasol and Lowry ASAP before he has to either sit on them and let them expire or go fire sale, while they still have that NBA Finals glow, and while he still might be able to put the pieces together for another young vet to pair with Siakam for a rebuild with a crap ton of cap space looming. If he does this right, they could be right back in the hunt by next season.

Yeah it will be interesting. In a vacuum Masai probably would have already started flipping vets after Leonard left but the fact they are coming off a chip he probably wants to let them go into the season and take a little victory lap with their fans. It gets especially interesting with lowry who unless he demands out mid season or the raps really suck I imagine they keep him around.

All that cap space next summer is nice in theory but it's a terrible FA class and some guys just won't go to Canada so hard to say if it will turn out. I could see them targeting good but overpaid on existing contract guys in some mid year deals and build that way.

I really doubt Masai could get much value for Lowry or Gasol. Still good players but those contracts they’re on just won’t bring back much value. He can obv get something for them but I doubt anything that will make a huge difference to the franchise in the future.

I confuse Darius Miller with Darius Miles and that is a blast from the past.

Golden State just pissed away any chance at recruiting Giannis with the promotion of MDJ.

I've always liked the current Warriors. Kerr, Curry, fun team to watch. But now that MDJ is an assistant GM they can **** off.

I really don’t think there’s enough information to say he’s an abusive psychopath.
