His position takes away stashing a player for next year too. Allison, Kumerow, and Davis are all FAs and due raises. That's not to mention the Martinez, Crosby, Fackrell, Tonyan, T. Brown, Lancaster FAs, oh and Kenny Clark negotiations. Hell half the current backup OL are FAs. If you don't like half of those you'll still need to fill those positions somehow and then you're again relying on a rookie or spending money.

I missed the Gilbert trade. Don't quite get it. I don't think you can ever have enough pass rushers.

By the way, I'm not advocating a Taylor cut. I agree with people who think the depth is worth it. But I don't think you draft an interior OL that high to sit on the bench.

Good on them if they make that decision.

Is Kizer finally gone? Will Boyle be our QB2?

I'm assuming Kizer gets the nod and they try to sneak Boyle on the practice squad. LaFleur's offense requires a more mobile QB and as much as I like Boyle, he's a statue in the pocket.

I'm really hoping that a team lets a decent vet backup QB go somehow. Maybe NE decides to ditch Brian Hoyer with Stidham playing so well. We need someone like that who even if they aren't good, would at least give us a chance to win a game.

Yeah I'm fine with Boyle too. They may keep Kizer but I won't cry if they don't. Wilkins to the PS.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

“Just got the real short end of the stick,” he said. “Don’t know why. I’m not going to ask why. I’m going to be all right though, for sure. I’ll be ready. I have no doubt what it is that I can do and I’m going to do it. It’s all good.”

They really missed the obvious headline of Moore doesn't know why he 'dropped' down the depth chart. :)

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

Let’s let the fans make the picks. It’s a total crap shoot!

The success or failure of individual players can be considered a crapshoot (highly random outcomes), but if you consistently miss, that's on you.

I'm no expert, but even I can see he is inconsistent in running routes, and he seems to have inherited Larry Sanders hands....

He and Josh Jones need to form a support group to recover from all the “trauma” cast upon them by the injustices of the Green Bay Packers.

How does an Aaron Rodgers-led victory in Super Bowl LXIII in February 2029 sound, Packers fans?

When Rodgers, the Green Bay Packers quarterback, was asked on "The Rich Eisen Show" Friday if he had an end-game scenario in mind, he replied with a chuckle, “Yeah, win the Super Bowl when I’m 45 and ride off into the sunset.”

Eisen followed up by asking Rodgers if he truly saw himself playing deep into his 40s.

“We’ll see," Rodgers said. "I envision playing as long as my body feels good and I have the love for the game that I do right now that still fuels me and is still a passion. And I still love the daily grind and the practice and the preparation. If I can give everything to a team in that manner and my body feels good, I’m going to keep rolling.”

Along with talking about his mustache — “It’s gone. I shaved it off last night. … It was just getting in the way, too much in the mustache. Time to move on – new look” — and his appearance in the "Game of Thrones" finale,

Rodgers reiterated his comments in support of Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck, who retired suddenly last weekend.

Asked by Eisen if players like Rodgers and Luck, who are considered smart people and deep thinkers, might pose a red flag for NFL teams, Rodgers said that would be a mistake.

“I think it’s probably a ridiculous view by folks who don’t have any creativity or any other interests outside of the thing right in front of them 24-7," he said. "I think the beauty in this game is meeting teammates who have interests outside of football.”
As an example, Rodgers mentioned former Packers teammate Ricky Jean Francois, who has become a restaurant franchise owner.
“You meet guys who are incredible musicians or really interested in travel or charitable work or whatnot," he said. "I think having interests is what allows you to have that balance off the field, which I think makes your on-the-field or at-the-stadium or in-the-facility work that much more important ...

“I think you can’t have enough of those type of guys who are well-rounded people and have a creativity and a curiosity about more than just ball because I think those guys get burnt out and those guys are not as relateable. When you’re talking about leaders, you need to find guys who can be relatable in the locker room.

"I think people who only can ever talk about football are going to have a hard time relating to every person or multiple people in the locker room because guys have interests and you have to find ways to relate to them in the locker room to get them to buy into what you’re trying to do.”
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.
